How can you help Camp Cadiz?
ADULT LEADERS
Each work group is assigned a project leader and an adult leader. More adults = more work groups = more opportunities to share the love of Jesus & more completed projects. If you can commit a couple days a week or even a couple ½ days, we would appreciate the help.
Please read items on the registration form carefully, if you indicate you can transport students we will include you in our count, if they mark you are staying the night, we expect you to stay the night. If you are unsure of you work schedule or if it changes, notify Becky or Andrea ASAP.
Adult leaders will need to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in. Copier will be available.
JR ADULT LEADERS
Those who graduated May 2024 through age 20. Serve alongside adult mentors to be able to take the lead when they reach age 21! Unable to transport students unless they are related. See details of adult leaders for more information.
STUDENTS
PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM! Students must have completed the 6th grade or higher to participate. Students currently in the 12th grade, graduating in May of the current year, should still complete the student registration form. Students are preferred to sign up with a church that has an adult leader participating.
Students and a parent/guardian should complete the registration form together. You will need your insurance & medication information to complete. The form will ask for demographic and medical information and questions to help place the student in a work area for the week.
During camp check-in, a printed copy of the registration form will be provided. A PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST COME IN TO REGISTRATION AND SIGN THE FORM.
You can use NONE for any question(s) that does not apply to the student.
